SellerShield Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to SellerShield. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure fair use and protect SellerShield from fraudulent claims while providing legitimate Amazon sellers with reinstatement support.

2. Subscription & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility for Subscription

  • SellerShield is only available for active Amazon sellers who are not currently suspended at the time of subscription.

  • We may request proof of your Amazon account status and suspension history before activating your coverage.


2.2 First 30-Day Waiting Period

  • New subscribers are not covered for reinstatement within the first 30 days of subscription. This policy prevents abuse by already-suspended sellers trying to bypass our one-time reinstatement fee.

  • If you are suspended within the first 30 days, you may purchase a one-time reinstatement package separately.


3. Scope of Coverage

3.1 Covered Suspensions

  • SellerShield provides reinstatement support for suspensions caused by performance issues, policy violations, or intellectual property complaints.

  • If we cannot reinstate your account, you will receive a full refund of your subscription fees (see Section 5).


3.2 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

  • Intentional Violations: We do not cover suspensions caused by deliberate rule-breaking, including but not limited to:

    • Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.

    • Intentionally registering multiple Amazon accounts without approval.

    • Engaging in fraudulent activity, review manipulation, or buying fake reviews.

    • Using fake invoices or documentation.

  • Unrelated Product Suspensions: If your account was banned for selling products outside of Amazon’s permitted categories or unrelated to your niche, we reserve the right to deny coverage.

  • Pre-existing Suspensions: If you sign up while already suspended, your subscription does not apply to your existing suspension.


4. Refund Policy & Guarantee

4.1 Full Refund Guarantee

  • If we cannot reinstate your account after following the full appeal process, we will refund 100% of your SellerShield subscription fees paid during the covered period.

  • Refunds only apply if you have complied fully with Amazon’s policies and did not violate any of the exclusions in Section 3.2.


4.2 No Refunds for Preventable Violations

  • If you provide false or misleading information regarding your suspension, your refund guarantee is void.


5. Service Limitations & Process

5.1 Reinstatement Process

  • Our team will review your suspension notice and develop a tailored Plan of Action (POA).

  • We will handle all appeals and follow-ups with Amazon on your behalf.

  • The reinstatement process can take up to 7-14 business days, depending on Amazon’s response time.


5.2 Escalation Support

  • If Amazon rejects the initial appeal, we will escalate the case to Amazon Seller Performance, Executive Support.


6. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

6.1 Automatic Billing

  • Your SellerShield subscription is billed automatically every month or year, depending on your plan.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SellerShield does not guarantee reinstatement in every case, as final decisions rest with Amazon.

  • We are not responsible for lost sales, business losses, or any indirect damages due to an Amazon suspension.


8. Updates to These Terms

  • SellerShield reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
